Wet wall back waterproofing in Bengaluru costs ₹60 to ₹120 per square foot of treated wall. It treats the reverse face of bathroom and kitchen walls where damp is migrating into an adjoining bedroom or living room — the most common cause of a recurring interior damp patch.

A pipe chased into a wall leaves a repaired channel that is more porous than the wall around it. A slow joint leak wicks along that channel and appears as a patch on the far side, often a metre from the actual leak.
A moisture meter across the wall shows where the reading peaks. That peak is the source; the visible stain is just where the surface dried last. Treating the stain is the most common wasted repair.
Treating the dry face is second best — the right fix is on the wet side. Where a bathroom cannot be opened up, a crystalline system applied to the dry face works, but we will tell you it is a compromise.
A wall that has been wet for months needs weeks to dry. Sealing or painting a wall that still holds moisture traps it and the paint fails again. We meter it rather than guess.

Water gets in at the 90-degree wall-to-floor corner. Rounding it into a fillet before the membrane goes on is the step most often skipped.
Corners, pipe penetrations and drain outlets get fibreglass mesh embedded in the first coat. These are where every failure we are called to fix started.
Second coat at 90 degrees to the first, so a thin patch in one is covered by the other. Single-coat application is not waterproofing.
We flood it and watch it. Testing after the tiles are down means breaking a finished floor to find the leak.
Diagnosis first — this is the one job where that matters most.
Water travels. We trace where it is entering, not just where it is showing, because treating the stain instead of the source is why most waterproofing fails twice.
Remove existing finishes back to the substrate, cut out loose material, and round every wall-to-floor junction into a cove fillet.
Two coats of the specified system, cross-applied, with reinforcing mesh at all junctions, corners and pipe penetrations.
The area is flooded and held for 48 hours before anything is tiled over it. If it does not hold, we redo it — before it is buried under a floor.

We survey with a moisture meter before quoting. A quote given without one is a guess.
If a bathroom or kitchen is on the other side, moisture is migrating through the wall — usually along a plumbing chase where a slow joint leak has been running. The visible patch is often a metre or more from the actual source.
Sometimes, using a crystalline treatment that grows into the wall pores. It works, but it is a compromise: the correct fix is on the wet side where the water is. We will tell you which one you are getting and why.

A wall that has been wet for months can take three to six weeks to dry after the source is fixed. We meter it and wait rather than closing it up on a schedule, because closing it early guarantees a repeat visit.
