We design and deliver interiors in one city, with our own team. That constraint is deliberate, and it is most of what makes the difference.
Interiors by Archree is a Bengaluru-only interior design and build studio. We handle full home interiors, modular kitchens and wardrobes, renovation, and finishing trades with an in-house design team and our own project managers — rather than matching clients to third-party contractors. Our experience centre is in HSR Layout.
None of these are marketing positions. They are decisions about how the company is organised, and you can feel all four during a project.
We work only in Bengaluru. That means we already know the builder shells in the larger developments, the association rules, the lift booking processes and which localities restrict working hours. It is unglamorous knowledge and it removes about a week of discovery from a typical project.
Our designers are employed here. A marketplace model routes you to an independent designer whose incentives are their own — when something goes wrong, the platform mediates. There is nobody to mediate with here, which is the point.
You get one person and their direct number for the whole build. On a 60-day project with five trades, the most common complaint in this industry is not knowing who to call. That is a structural problem, and this is the structural answer.
Carcass grade, hardware brand, edge banding thickness, written into the quote. "Premium quality" is not a specification. This makes us comparable — including in cases where a competitor comes out cheaper.

Anyone can say these things. These are the ones we put in the contract, which is a different commitment.
Not during the sales conversation. We measure your actual shell first, because a date quoted from a floor plan is a guess. If we miss that date for reasons within our control, our on-time guarantee pays.
Covering carcass, hardware and workmanship. The scope and the exclusions are both published — a warranty whose limits you discover at claim time is not a warranty.
BWR or BWP plywood, the hardware brand, the edge banding thickness. Written, so you can hold us to it and compare us honestly against anyone else.
You approve the 3D and the itemised price before anything is cut. Revisions in the design stage are included.

Every figure on this page is one we can evidence. We do not publish a project count or a founding year until each is independently verifiable.
Neither. We are a single studio operating only in Bengaluru, with our own design team and our own project managers. We are not matching you with a third-party contractor and stepping back — the people who quote your project are the people accountable for delivering it.
Our modular work is CNC-cut and pre-assembled at a partner factory we have used since we started, to our specification and under our quality checks. Site trades — civil, plumbing, electrical, painting — are our own crews and long-standing subcontractors, managed by our project manager, not by you.
Because depth in one city beats presence in twenty. Knowing that a particular development has a beam drop the brochure does not show, or that a management office needs three days for a work permit, removes about a week from a project. That knowledge does not transfer to another city.
One designer through the design stage, and one project manager from sign-off to handover. You get their direct numbers. The handover between those two happens in a meeting you attend, not silently.
You do not pay for production until you have signed the drawings. Revisions during the design stage are included — we would rather spend another week in 3D than build something you settle for.
