Three things are contractual rather than promotional: pricing is itemised and fixed before you sign, the handover date carries delay credits if we miss it, and the 10-year warranty is written. Design, manufacturing and installation are all handled in-house.
Modular units, core materials and workmanship. It is backed by a documented pre-handover check, and claims are handled by the same team that built the units rather than a third-party contractor.
You approve a dated handover schedule upfront. If we miss that date for reasons within our control, you receive a credit for every day of delay. Delays caused by society permissions or client-side changes are excluded and flagged in advance.
