The short answer
Where the two differ.
Bonito Designs is a Bengaluru-founded firm working in the premium and luxury end, with a themed-design proposition and its own in-house model. It is a credible choice and if you like a particular designer's work there, that is a good reason to go with them. The clearest structural difference is disclosure: our rate card, package prices and commercial terms are published on this site and reconcile to the calculators, while Bonito does not publish prices. The second is contractual. We commit to a handover date with ₹1,000 credited per day if we miss it for reasons within our control, and a 10-year written warranty on modular units, materials and workmanship.

When Bonito is the better answer.
If you have seen a specific Bonito project or a specific designer's portfolio and that is what you want, go there. Design affinity is a real reason and no comparison table overrides it. They have been at this longer than we have, and at the top of the market history counts.
Where we think we are the stronger choice: when you want the price and the terms in writing before you commit, when the job involves substantial civil, plumbing or electrical work rather than mainly joinery, and when a fixed handover date with an actual remedy behind it matters to you more than a theme.

We cannot tell you, because Bonito does not publish prices. What we can tell you is exactly what we charge: ₹600 to ₹1100 per square foot for apartments and ₹900 to ₹3000 for bespoke, with GST at 18% shown separately. Take that to any firm and ask them to quote against it.
We design to your brief rather than to a catalogue of themes. If a named theme is what you want, a firm built around that proposition will serve you better than we will.
It is written by us, so of course it has a point of view, which is why every claim about our side is checkable on this site and every claim about theirs is limited to what they publish. We would rather be useful than neutral-sounding.
