Sockets get planned after the furniture layout is fixed, not before. A socket behind a wardrobe is a socket you have paid for and lost.

A full 2 BHK rewire typically runs ₹65,000–₹1.4 lakh. We quote by point count after a site survey, never over the phone.
It depends on the mains and the board. If the incoming cable and MCB board can carry your actual load, adding points is fine. If you are adding a second AC, an oven or an induction hob to builder wiring, the mains usually needs upgrading first.
Typically 55–75 points including lights, fans, sockets and appliance circuits. Builder flats often come with 35–45, which is why so many homes end up on extension boards.
FR as a minimum, FRLS if you can stretch to it. FRLS produces far less toxic smoke in a fire, which matters in a flat where the exit is a single corridor. The cost difference across a 2 BHK is roughly ₹8,000.
Within a bathroom, usually yes, for a couple of feet. Moving a WC significantly, or moving a bathroom to a new location, means changing the drain stack — which needs association approval and is often refused. We flag this early rather than after you have paid.
