Storage has to be vertical
A 2 BHK gives you fewer walls, so we build to the slab: lofts over every wardrobe, ceiling-height kitchen units, and storage inside the bed. That is usually 30% more capacity from the same floor area.

The size most of Bengaluru actually lives in. Every inch planned, nothing left to a second contractor.
Full interiors for a 1 BHK in Bengaluru cost roughly ₹3.9 lakh to ₹6.5 lakh, and a 2 BHK ₹5.5 lakh to ₹12 lakh. That covers modular kitchen, wardrobes in every bedroom, a TV unit, false ceiling in the living room and full painting, delivered in about 45 days.
There is no spare wall to hide a planning mistake behind.

Mixing four laminates across a small home makes it read as cluttered. We hold to two finishes and one accent, which visually enlarges the space and cuts material wastage.
It is also the dining room and often the home office. We plan a table that seats four and folds back, and a TV unit deep enough to hide the router and the cables.
If you are fitting out to let, the right spend is hard laminates, no acrylic, and no false ceiling beyond the living room. We will tell you where not to spend.
Finishes are what you see. These decide whether it is still tight in year eight.
Boiling-water-resistant ply throughout, upgraded to BWP anywhere near water. We do not build carcasses from MDF or particle board.
The edge is where furniture ages first. Thin 0.45mm banding lifts within two monsoons; 2mm survives a decade of being knocked by a vacuum cleaner.
On every hinge and channel, not only the display doors. Rated for around 50,000 cycles.
Every panel, before it reaches you. On ground and first floors across Bengaluru this is what separates a ten-year unit from a four-year one.
One team, one timeline, one person answering your calls.
A designer measures the actual room and asks what goes into it. Planning starts from what you own, not from a catalogue drawing.
You see it in 3D with finishes applied. Nothing goes to the factory until you have signed the drawing and the price.
CNC-cut, edge-banded and pre-assembled off site. No cutting in your flat, no dust in your rooms.
Installed, levelled and handed over with the snag list closed. The warranty starts at handover.
Everything below includes kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, living-room false ceiling and full painting.
A complete 1 BHK, or a 2 BHK with a lighter scope. Laminate finishes, BWR ply, soft-close throughout.

Ranges assume a standard Bengaluru builder shell with no civil changes. Your calculator estimate will be specific to your flat and your scope.
Between ₹5.5 lakh and ₹12 lakh for a complete job — kitchen, wardrobes in both bedrooms, TV unit, living-room false ceiling and painting. Most families land around ₹7 lakh. Below ₹5 lakh you are usually dropping either the second wardrobe or the false ceiling.
About 45 days from design sign-off to handover, assuming no civil work. If walls are moving or bathrooms are being redone, add 2–3 weeks for curing time that cannot be compressed.
Yes, and for many people it is the sensible route. The usual order is kitchen and wardrobes first, then TV unit and ceiling, then painting. The one thing not to phase is anything needing electrical changes — do all of that in one go.
If you are letting it out, a lighter spec pays back better: hard laminates, no acrylic, and skip the false ceiling outside the living room. If you are renting and it is not yours, do not build fixed furniture at all.
Loose furniture, appliances, curtains and civil work. We keep these separate because bundling them makes it impossible to compare our quote against anyone else's.
Plywood grades quoted here follow IS 303 (BWR) and IS 710 (BWP, marine grade), and every estimate is exclusive of the 18% GST that applies to modular work. What these grades and terms actually mean →
