Our experience centre is at #101, 434D, Swami Vivekananda Road, HBR Layout 2nd Block, 560043. That matters more than it sounds. For a project in HBR Layout the site is minutes from where the samples, the drawings and the people are, so a question about a shutter finish is answered by walking over rather than by scheduling. HBR is a mix of 2 and 3 BHK apartments and independent floors on 30x40 and 40x60 plots, and the work splits roughly evenly between first fit-outs and renovations of flats built in the 2000s.

Independent floors, whole-floor scope
A 30x40 or 40x60 floor is a different job from a flat. You own the layout, so walls move and the kitchen can go where it should have been. These usually run past ₹12 lakh.

Renovations of 2000s-era flats
Wet-area waterproofing that was never done, electrical loads that predate air conditioning, and kitchens with no provision for a chimney. The finish is the easy half.

The experience centre is open 10am to 8pm, every day. Phone and WhatsApp run 9am to 9pm. You can come without an appointment, though calling first means the right person is there rather than on a site.
What is worth coming for: the material samples. Laminate and acrylic look almost identical in a photograph and nothing alike in a room, BWR and BWP ply are indistinguishable until you know what the edge looks like, and hardware feels different in the hand than it does in a specification. Half an hour with the samples usually settles decisions that would otherwise take three emails.

Frequently, and it is worth planning around. Noise hours, the staircase as the only material route, and shared water lines all shape the sequence. We agree the working window with both households before the first day.
