Interior design guides for Bengaluru
Costs, materials, contracts and the practical mechanics of getting interior work done in this city, written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us.
These 21 guides are written for someone about to spend real money on a Bengaluru home and trying to understand the numbers first. Read the cost guides when you need a budget: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, kitchens, wardrobes, villas and the smaller units are each priced on their own page. Read the material guides when a contractor uses a term you do not recognise, such as BWR versus BWP plywood or what hard water does to fittings. Read the process guides, on quotations, payment milestones, GST and apartment association rules, before you sign anything. None of them ask you to contact us, and the calculators pick up where the guides leave off.

Twenty-one guides covering what interior work actually costs in Bengaluru, which materials survive this city and this water, how to read a quotation so two of them can be compared honestly, and the practical mechanics, association permissions, snag lists, payment milestones, that decide whether a project runs smoothly. Every price in them reconciles to the same rate card the calculators use. Where we do not know something, the guide says so.

Asked and answered.
They are written by a firm that sells interiors, so read them with that in mind. What we have tried to do is make every claim checkable, rates that reconcile to our own calculators, standards named by their IS number, and an honest note wherever the answer is that it depends.
All figures come from one rate card in the build, so when it moves every page moves with it. The rates here are ₹600 to ₹1100 per square foot for apartments and ₹900 to ₹3000 for bespoke work.
Yes, and that is a reasonable use of them. The quotation guide in particular is written to make any quote auditable, including ours.
