The point of a walk-in is that you see everything. Shutters put you back where you started and add 30% to the cost. We shutter only the drawer bank and the seasonal section.
Without shutters there is nothing hiding the interior, so poor light shows immediately. Profile LED at 4000K along each run, and a mirror lit from both sides rather than above.
