HomeLane is a national interior brand known for modular kitchens and wardrobes and its online design visualiser. Interiors by Archree is a Bengaluru-only studio handling modular work alongside civil, plumbing, electrical and waterproofing. The main practical difference is scope: whether one team also handles the non-modular work.

Four checks that make quotes genuinely comparable.
BWR ply, BWP ply, MDF or particle board. This is the largest quality variable and the easiest to leave vague in a quote.
Ask for the rate and the total footage separately. Two "₹9 lakh" quotes can differ by 30% in what you are actually getting.
Countertop, chimney, hob, loose furniture, civil work, electrical rework. Exclusions are where quotes diverge most.
Get the warranty scope and the escalation path in writing. Ask specifically what happens if the project runs late.

The case for us is strongest when your project also involves civil, plumbing or waterproofing work that needs sequencing with the modular build.
