Why we do not lead with a star rating.
A rating tells you nothing about whether a company will still answer the phone in week six. We publish testimonials with the locality, the scope and the timeline attached, and we will connect you with a past client on a project like yours, which is the only reference that genuinely predicts your experience.
We would rather introduce you than quote ourselves.

Until they are here, we will do something more useful than publish praise. Ask, and we will put you on a call with a client whose home was closest to yours in size, budget and locality, someone who has lived in the work for six months and can tell you what went wrong as well as what went right.

Six months minimum
We only offer references from homes that have been lived in for at least six months. Handover-week enthusiasm tells you nothing about how the joinery has held.
Including projects that went wrong
Where a client permits it, we publish what failed and how it was fixed. That is more informative than another five-star line.

Every testimonial we publish comes from a completed project, with the locality and the scope named. We do not publish anonymous praise, and we do not publish anything we cannot connect to a real handover.
Yes. For projects of a similar size and scope to yours, we will connect you with a family who has lived in their home for at least six months. That is a more useful conversation than any page of quotes.
Our Google Business Profile carries reviews we do not control and cannot edit. We would rather you read those than this page.
Projects go wrong sometimes. Where a client has had a poor experience and allowed us to write about how it was resolved, we publish it, because how a company behaves when something fails is the only thing worth knowing.
